- **Event Description**: This is an open invitation PEI Group Meditation to join us (Susana Rutherford & Michael Gaudet) at Simmons Sports Arena, multipurpose room (170 North River Road) Monday 20th from 7:00 to 8:00 pm for guided Meditation practice.

This months session will be facilitated by Paula Smith of the Dandelion Yoga. Paula Smith has been studying and practicing yoga for the past 25 years. She is currently teaching private clients and community-based mat and chair yoga classes as well as meditation in 4 communities along the north shore. 
She has studied with teachers internationally and online in the disciplines of breath work, meditation, somatic movement, and nada yoga (music).
Her passion is to share the traditions of yoga and its connection with neuroscience and the effects of yoga as a complete system on our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
For fun, she enjoys playing piano, guitar and hosts a weekly ukulele group in North Rustico. 


Our intention is to build a space where both secular, spiritual or religious meditators can practice, build community and learn from each other.
Whether you are a practicing meditator or are new to mindfulness with little or no meditation experience, we will explore and offer guided practice. Dress comfortably, chairs provided but if you want to bring your own mat, cushion etc. you are welcome to do so.
