- **Event Description**: This is an open invitation PEI Group Meditation to join us (Susana Rutherford & Michael Gaudet) at Simmons Sports Arena, multipurpose room (170 North River Road) Monday 20th from 7:00 to 8:00 pm for guided Meditation practice.

This month’s session will be guided by Reverend Barbara J. Cairns, from Bedeque United Church.  Barbara Cairns enjoys seeking creative ways to connect with the Holy. One such way is using guided mediation with Christian scripture and the Christian story to foster and support spiritual growth. 

Our intention is to build a space where both secular, spiritual or religious meditators can practice, build community and learn from each other.
Whether you are a practicing meditator or are new to mindfulness with little or no meditation experience, we will explore and offer guided practice. Dress comfortably, chairs provided but if you want to bring your own mat, cushion etc. you are welcome to do so.
