The mantra we will chant is called the Kundalini Bhakti Mantra.  Also known as Adi Shakti.  The Mantra invokes the primary Creative Power which is manifest as the feminine. It calls upon Mother Power. It will help you be free of insecurities which block freedom of action. By meditating on this mantra, one can obtain a deeper understanding of the constant interplay between the manifest and the unmanifest, qualities of the cosmos and consciousness. The energy of the mantra is easy to connect with and can feed the soul on the cool days of Fall.

We have three Healing Circles planned: November 21, January 9 and March 27. Each will have a different theme, kriya, and mantra for the Circle meditation.
