Ned Oldham & Jordan Perry, presented by Third Rail

Join us for a warm Winter Solstice Third Rail at the WTJU Stage with local luminaries, Ned Oldham and Jordan Perry. This free event is open to all at 2244 Ivy Rd. You can also listen on 91.1 FM, stream via wtju.net, video stream on WTJU’s YouTube channel, or listen via the new WTJU mobile app.

Ned Oldham (Anomoanon, Old Calf, Palace Music) and Jordan Perry (New Boss, Night Teacher) have been playing together for about ten years. They bonded over an appreciation for British folk artist Shirley Collins but can’t escape the dark and bloody ground of their American/Virginian/Kentuckian musical antecedents. With a focus on vocal harmonies and acoustic guitar picking, they explore traditional tunes, choice covers, and originals.
