Lee Bangah at WTJU, Presented by Third Rail

WTJU Rock's monthly Third Rail series welcomes Charlottesville Hip Hop artist, Lee Bangah with DJ Double U, November 15. Join us at 2244 Ivy Road for this very special performance, or listen on the radio at 91.1FM, stream online at wtju.net, or watch the video stream on WTJU's YouTube channel.

Born and raised in Charlottesville, Lee Bangah has been making music since the age of 12. He won the city's Best in Black Male Hip Hop Artist award two years in a row, 2024 & 2025. A documentary about Lee Bangah called "You Never Know Me," was released in 2022. In 2017, he wrote a song and produced a video about Charlottesville’s Vinegar Hill neighborhood. Watch it here:
