Each session includes:
•	A welcoming "all together" ritual.
•	A brief lesson from the Sitting Together curriculum
•	Dedicated space for adults and teens, separate from the children.
 
Beginners are enthusiastically welcomed: 
This is a gentle, fun, and non-judgmental space for families to discover the practices of quiet, kindness, and ritual, embracing each moment as it comes.

•	Where: 302 Hickman Rd, Charlottesville (lower level)
•	When: 2nd & 4th Sundays, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
•	2025 Dates : 9/14, 9/28, 10/12, 10/26, 11/9, 11/23, 12/14
