No judgment, just pure fun and freedom.We will begin the event with a guided drop-in meditation and end with a guided grounding meditation.Don’t miss this magical night of meditation and movement!Please plan to arrive at 8:00 PM to settle in and grab a set of headphones. We will also be providing thin, lightweight fairy lights that you may wrap around your body if you choose, so you can shine like the star that you are✨ We will also have an alter space where you may place trinkets, notes with your thoughts, or other small items you may want to incorporate into our dance.LOCATION: The Grove at McIntire Park in Charlottesville, Virginia (pictured below). Visitors to The Grove may park in the Skate Park parking lot at the corner of McIntire Park Drive and Rugby Avenue. The Grove is a 5-10 minute walk from the parking area. Cross the pedestrian bridge over the railroad tracks, then turn left on the paved walkway leading away from the Skate Park. Follow the tree-lined path to the stone terrace of The Grove.
