About the event FREE Yoga on the Lawn at Fretwell - Thursday Session

Join our upbeat, flowy, energetic practice! One Thursday per month from 6 PM to 7 PM we're opening up our lawn to yoga.

This yoga class is fun for all ages and levels. Participation is at your own risk.

For this yoga flow, we'll ease into an energetic (and perhaps slightly challenging) session, before slowing back down for a lovely outdoor shavasana.

BYOM - Bring Your Own Mat and enjoy a challenging but fun yoga session at Fretwell!

The event is FREE to attend, but donations for the instructor are welcome.
