Sajeedah Jones at 12:30pm, followed by an hour-long pilates class led by Doris McNeil. This first Wellness Sunday event is intended to allow guests of all ages to practice mindfulness, explore our galleries, and enjoy matcha or goodies from wellness vendors. Vendors include Saint Matcha Cafe & The Tox Charlotte.Guests can attend based on the following ticket options:Yoga ONLY (12:30pm-1:30pm): $10 plus fees (Free for members)Pilates ONLY (2:00pm-3:00pm): $15 plus feesBOTH Yoga & Pilates: $20 plus fees ($10 discount for members)About the Instructors:Sajeedah Jones believes that yoga helps everyone live their best lives because it teaches students to focus on the task at hand. Jones is a practicing yogi for 16 years and has taught yoga for eight of those years. She is the owner of Sajeedah Jones Yoga For Athletes and as a private instructor working with professional athletes for 7 years, she’s taught them how to prolong their careers and prevent injury through yoga.Her first book, , was released in December 2023.Doris McNeil is the founder of Cloud9 Recovery and a highly skilled Stretch Practitioner and Pilates Instructor with a diverse background in health and wellness.Doris earned a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and completed advanced training through the Stretch to Win Institute. She brings a science-informed approach to recovery, mobility, injury prevention, and performance-based movement. Her experience includes working with collegiate athletes, active adults, and seniors, helping clients improve movement, reduce pain, and increase overall quality of life.About the Vendors:SAINT MATCHA Café is a Charlotte-based specialty matcha concept serving premium, ceremonial-grade, dairy-free iced matcha lattes through pop-ups, private events, corporate activations, and community experiences.
