V-Keyz is a self-taught musician who began playing piano at the age of 9, learning gospel songs by ear. He has performed with several bands, including Mellogroove, an R&B ensemble that was inducted into the City of Rock Hill, S.C.’s Hall of Fame as a historic music group. His solo talents have landed him performances from Florida to Los Angeles to New York, as well as auditions for NBC’s “The Voice,”
V-Keyz's raw abilities to sing covers impromptu or jam to his own original recordings ("Call Out" and "Choose Me") remain unmatched. He has opened for R&B/soul singer Marsha Ambrosius, soul singer Calvin Richardson, civil rights icon the Rev. Jesse Jackson, and many other notable acts. He also co-wrote a holiday song for R&B star Tank, "Thankful for You."
In the fall of 2020, Vince released his much-anticipated debut album "G.T.D." on all streaming platforms, having written all and co-produced most songs on the hit album. He is currently putting together his sophomore album, which will feature lead single “Secret Admirer,” a fresh rendition of the 90s R&B classic “My Boo.”
As he readies himself for performances across the country this year, V-Keyz actively performs at special events, college campuses, weddings, churches, and private events. He's ready for the world to continue to hear his voice!
