She’s designed the class specifically for people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners.  All are welcome at this fun, low-pressure class — no prior spin experience needed. Please arrive a few minutes early to warm up and adjust bike as needed.

•	Cornwell Center, 2001 Selwyn Ave, Charlotte, 28207. The spin studio is on the main level, go left at the reception desk. It’s about halfway down the hall on the right.
•	There is plenty of free parking onsite
•	Class is Free
•	Bring a water bottle, wear exercise clothes
•	Partners and friends are welcome
