The Pedal Posse Spin Class

This 30 minute class meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. It is led by Suzy Marshall, an MMC nurse and certified spin instructor. She’s designed the class specifically for people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners. All are welcome at this fun, low-pressure class — no prior spin experience needed. Please arrive a few minutes early to warm up and adjust bike as needed.

RSVP ( https://www.mmclt.org/event/the-pedal-posse-spin-class-5/) is not required but is very helpful.

The details:

• Cornwell Center, 2001 Selwyn Ave, Charlotte, 28207. The spin studio is on the main level, go left at the reception desk. It’s about halfway down the hall on the right.
• There is plenty of free parking onsite
• Class is Free
• Bring a water bottle, wear exercise clothes
• Partners and friends are welcome
