Together, we will slow down, breathe, and reconnect through healing conversations, grounding practices, creative reflection, and community care.Too often, those who support others carry the weight of grief, trauma, and responsibility without a space to tend to their own healing. This gathering was created as an opportunity to pause, be held in community, and reconnect with yourself and others who understand the impact of violence.The afternoon will begin with tea, light refreshments, grounding music, and an opportunity to contribute to a community altar.
