Slow Food is a global movement dedicated to food that is good, clean, and fair for all, connecting people to local food traditions, sustainable agriculture, and the communities that make them possible.For this special evening, the chef members of the Slow Food Charlotte Board of Directors will prepare a family-style feast featuring ingredients sourced from local farms and producers.
