Join us every last Saturday of the month for a [solidcore] inspired workout on the turf. Built on the same foundation as our signature50 classes, this mat based class with challenge your muslces in a high intensity, low impact setting.

All partipants will need to bring a mat, water, and a towel. Everything else will be provided.

Please note that all participants must have an active [solidcore] account and are required to sign the waiver in the [solidcore] app prior to attending. You can complete this by logging into the app and following the prompts. We recommend completing this step ahead of time to ensure a seamless check-in. Participants who have not signed the waiver will not be able to join the workout.
