Although this event is meant for individuals within the legal profession, everyone is welcomed to join us in celebration of Pride!Your ticket includes, Food, and a drink on us. Additionally, we'll have a DJ and drag performances to celebrate the culture of our community.WHY WE DO THIS:Our Pride celebration is a platform not only to celebrate the achievements of the LGBTQ+ community but also to foster connections among legal professionals, students, and allies. As we witness a critical moment where the rule of law and democratic principals are facing unprecedented challenges. Efforts to erode these foundational tenants threaten not only marginalized communities but also the integrity of our legal system. We have held CLE courses and networking events for our members and continue to grow in these times of adversity.WHAT YOUR TICKET SUPPORTS:Your support will help us cover essential event costs, ensuring a successful and inspiring gathering, as well as help us continue doing the work we do throughout the year and will help us ensure that our Lavender Law Scholarship remains healthy so we can continue sending law students attending a law school in North Carolina to the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s Conference and Career Fair (“Lavender Law”).
