NIDA is a non-invasive, needle-free system of neurostimulation that uses distal acupressure points to treat pain, inflammation, and dysfunction. Instead of treating where the problem is felt, NIDA treats where the nervous system listens.
Inspired by systems like Master Tung, Balance Method, Sujok, and modern neuroscience, NIDA stimulates corresponding nerve zones, dermatomes, and fascial planes from a safe distance—avoiding tissue reactivity and improving outcomes.
The full NIDA method is taught in 7 courses:
Course 1: Distal Acupressure for Head and Face Pain Relief
Course 2: Neck and Upper Back Tension: Distal Approaches
