Join us every other Thursday for an experiential meditation series that explores how the world’s great spiritual traditions approach stillness, awareness, and awakening. Each session focuses on a unique theme—such as How Christians Meditate, How Taoists Meditate, or How Emotions Meditate—drawing from teachers like Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chödrön, and Chögyam Trungpa. We’ll combine short talks, guided meditation, and somatic practices rooted in each tradition or theme, creating a space to explore the body, the sacred, and the mind’s quiet depths together.
