She began her ceramic journey in 1994, with 32 yrs experience creating, she attends around thirty markets a year selling her work with her business Clay Slay. She attended several years at The Sawtooth Center for Visual Arts, Appalachian State University for Ceramics, and Clayworks. She is a member of Carolina Clay Matters Guild and Piedmont Culinary Guild. Teaching is her passion and she loves to help others grow and discover art through clay.
