This class will be catered to all levels, staring off with beginner routines so be sure to arrive early to grab your steps. Steps will be provided but you can bring your own if you're a Big Steppa. Show up in your  RED WHITE & BLACK and bring your water, towels, fans,  supportive shoes, and a FRIEND and lets get this work out in! The class will be taught by LC, an ACE certified group fitness instructor at BBT Fitness. You MUST pre-register using the BBT FITNESS app or link below!This page is an RSVP.
