Welcome to COGI's Fit & Focused Wellness Event! We'll be at DUPP & SWAT on Saturday, November 29, 2025 hosting a fun-filled morning of fitness, local vendors, and good eats from 9:00a - 11:00a! Our goal is to raise awareness and support patients managing Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Grab your workout shoes and head over for a good time!
