What is the refund policy?
Student Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation received up until seven (7) days before the event by the 5:00 PM cutoff will always entitle registrant to reschedule or refund. We have no interest in keeping someone's money if we don't teach them. But since our arrangements are made based on headcount, please provide the required notice as we can't refund for late cancellations and no-shows.
Class Credit Requirements:
The instructor has the right to require that any disruptive student leave the classroom.
Per Commission rules, during class, cell phones and pagers must be turned off, not simply left on silent or vibrate.
Tape or video recording, accessing computers, reading unrelated materials, playing computer games, etc., are not allowed.
Ten (10) minute breaks will be given every hour for you to communicate or otherwise use as you see fit.
Are seminars ever canceled by the school?
Rarely, but it does happen. If a seminar is canceled and we can't reschedule you to a suitable date, you are of course entitled to a full refund. The best insurance against a cancellation is always the same: Don't wait until the last minute to get your CE so you have plenty of reschedule options!
What time does check-in begin?
Check-in begins approximately 30 minutes before the seminar. PLEASE don't be late - the Real Estate Commission has no sense of humor when it comes to late arrivals!
What should I bring?
LAYERED CLOTHING! It is a good idea to wear clothing layers to any class, and perhaps to bring a wrap just in case, since sometimes the temperature cannot be adjusted or will not suit you and outside conditions change. We generally try to supply writing materials, but every hotel is different so a highlighter and pen doesn't hurt.

Do I have to bring my printed confirmation email to the event?
While it may prove to be helpful, it is not an absolute necessity.
