Kick off your fall semester with Breakaway! Announcing the official Breakaway Pre-Party, pulling up to The Music Yard with Ship Wrek on Friday, August 29th!
Ship Wrek is a Los Angeles-based electronic music duo comprised of Tripp Churchill and Collin Maguire. They are known for their high-energy DJ sets and a unique, catchy sound that blends elements of house, trap, and other dance music genres. They've gained recognition for their original tracks, remixes, and collaborations with other prominent artists in the electronic music scene.
They've collaborated with The Chainsmokers on "The Fall" and have received support from DJs like Skrillex, Diplo, Chris Lake, and Tiesto, who have played their music and remixes.
Ship Wrek has played at several music festivals, including Breakaway Music Festival in Worcester, MA, and Huntsville, AL, and Shambhala Music Festival in Salmo, BC. They also performed at Coachella, Beyond Wonderland, and Breakaway Dallas.
