- **Event Description**: Baduanjin, also known as Eight-Section Brocade, is one of the most well-known forms of traditional Chinese Qigong. Through slow, flowing movements, gentle stretching, and mindful breathing, Baduanjin helps promote focus, balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.

We are honored to invite Professor Wenfang Yang from the College of Physical Education at Shanghai Normal University to lead this special community workshop.

This workshop is open to all ages and experience levels. Children, adults, seniors, and families are all welcome. No prior Qigong or martial arts experience is needed.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow you to move easily.
