Meet the Performers:
🎺 Jodie White is an accomplished performer on horn, trumpet, and piano, known for her artistry rooted in exceptional skill and deep musical insight. She has held principal horn positions in the SUNY Fredonia Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra. Her performance highlights include Wonderful Town at the Interlochen Center for the Arts and, most recently, performing as the brass doubler for Operalytes' production of The Merry Widow in Buffalo, NY.
🎹 Steven McChesney is celebrated for his expressive performances on both piano and oboe. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Music Education and Performance from SUNY Fredonia. Steven is the proud winner of the prestigious 2019 SUNY Fredonia Concerto Competition. His artistry spans a wide range of styles—from the intricate counterpoint of J.S. Bach to the rich Romanticism of Chopin’s Etudes.
