8/20 Milestone Yoga

Yoga at the Milestone is 18+ just like any other event. Please bring your ID to the Milestone always forever.

If you haven't taken a yoga class before, don't worry, the point of this group is to have basic classes that are accessible to everyone.
Wear comfortable clothes that are suitable for exercise. Yoga/sweat pants or long shorts are generally good. I don't recommend short shorts and please don't wear jeans. A tank top or t-shirt that fits is ideal (nothing too loose). You will not need shoes.
Also, try not to eat anything heavy 2-4 hours before class.

-yoga or exercise mat
-water or Jon will sell you a Blue Mist
-a towel if you're a sweaty person
-if you consider yourself to be really inflexible you may want to bring some type of belt or strap (or a hand towel)
(I have yoga blocks and blankets so you don't need to bring your own unless you just really like yours!)

Class is 60-75min, please get there 10min before the start time.
Cost: Donation ($5-$10 suggested, pay what you can)
Let me know in advance if you are coming, if you are bringing anyone, and if you need to borrow a yoga mat. I only have a few to lend so please bring one if you have one.
