2nd Annual Chili Cook Off

We're hosting our second annual Chili Cook Off on Saturday, October 18th, 2025 from 2-4pm!

Join us for some friendly competition and good eats! Amateur chili cooks are invited to cook their best chili. Bring it hot, bring it mild, with or without beans!

*This event is for amateurs only; no restaurants, businesses, or promotions allowed*

The winners will be awarded the following prizes:

🥇 swag basket and Cash Prize
🥈 $30 Birdsong gift card
🥉 $15 Birdsong gift card


➡️ HOW TO ENTER AS A CHILI COOK:
(must sign up before October 15. 2025)

Pay $20 to enter.

- Bring at least 4 quarts (128 oz) of your homemade chili in (2) Half Size (11 3/4" x 9 3/8" x 2 9/16") aluminum baking pans. You should have enough chili to serve a 2 oz sample to 60 people. Birdsong will provide chafing dish set up to keep your chili hot.

- Provide a list of possible allergies AND choose a currently-available Birdsong beer that pairs best with your chili. Birdsong will provide serving utensils, cups and spoons for tasting.

- Chili must be hot and ready to serve.

- Limit 2 condiments.


➡️ HOW TO BE A CHILI TASTE TESTER:

Pay $10 at the door to receive a wristband. (you must have a wristband!)

- Wristband gets you unlimited samples AND one drink token.
- Taste each chili!
