Grateful Sound Bath Immersion

Sound Baths use the power of sound and vibration to restore one’s mind, body, and spirit to a state of balance. The healing vibrations promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

By releasing the tensions of everyday life experiences, participants set positive intentions for the days to come, fostering a cycle of improvement and well-being.

Through these practices, you can better understand how to hone your awareness, connect to the present moment, and find inner peace and calm.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow and anything you need to build your comfy nest!

This in-person event will take place at Journeys Holistic Therapy group, a cozy venue that provides the perfect ambiance for a meditative experience.

This event may be experienced sitting or laying, water and dark chocolate will be offered. ***Please bring what you need to make a comfy "nest" sleeping bag, yoga mats, pillows, blanket etc. You are welcome to bring a folding zero gravity chair for ultimate comfort.***

Arrival time12:50 pm for parking, setting your relaxation space, questions and shopping some fun offerings.
