YOGA: Joint Mobility & Gentle Flow: Join experienced yoga teacher Heidi Grace Dietrich for a traditional yoga practice inspired by her time in India this winter and the roots of yoga. This class focuses on joint mobility, gentle strengthening, and mindful movement to keep the body healthy, supple, and balanced.
The practice begins with simple movements to lubricate and awaken the joints - ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, and wrists - followed by accessible yoga postures, breath awareness, and relaxation.
This class is open to all levels and designed to be welcoming and supportive for everybody, including beginners and those returning to movement after time away.
