- **Event Description**: A free form community movement gathering to welcome all of who you are into expression within an Earth and body honoring space to cultivate connection, resilience and collective resourcing together.

There will be an opening and closing circle as well as some gentle verbal guidance and inquiry along with a playlist to inspire movement possibilities. Everyone is invited and welcome to follow the wisdom of their own body and how they are guided from the inside out.

The music will be a different playlist each month and will follow a wave format, starting out with more subtle music and rising to a crescendo before coming back down to a quiet ending to support integration and rest.

All ages and abilities welcome! Yes that means kids too :)
No experience with dance of any kind needed. Just a willingness to be open, curious and explore connecting with your body, the place and honor other’s exploration as well.

July 26th – Fruiting into Fullness
August 30th – Sharing the Abundance
