Event Details Race starts at 7:15 a.m. Packet pick-up will be held onsite race day 6 - 7 a.m. Participants ages 11-15 will complete a 200-yard swim, a 4-mile bike, and a 2-mile run. Participants ages 7-10 will complete a 100-yard swim, 2-mile bike, and a 1-mile run. Awards ceremony will be held on-site after the race. Bibs and helmets are required. Water stations will be set up on the course. Bikes should be race-ready. Emergency bike repair will be offered. Participants will receive free entry to Splash Zone on race day. Finisher medal must be presented to gain entry. Youth Tri Swim Clinic is optional for an additional fee. This race welcomes triathletes of all experience levels, including beginners. Accessible parking and an accessible portable restroom are available on-site. The event features an open water swim that begins from a wading start. The Charleston County Parks Emergency Services team will be stationed both on the water and along the shoreline for safety.
