Shakti Flow Workshop

Shakti Flow is an invitation for women to move together in unison and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. In this sacred space, we soften the noise of daily responsibilities and return to rhythm, breath, and presence. Through gentle, feminine movements, guided breathwork, and voice activation through chanting, we begin to awaken the Divine Feminine within — releasing stored tension and restoring fluidity to the hips, heart, and womb space. This practice encourages you to awaken your creative and sensual life force energy in a safe, supportive environment. As we move with intention and sound, we dissolve tightness, emotional holding, and self-doubt. The workshop concludes with a deeply restorative sound savasana, allowing the nervous system to fully reset while gong and bowls integrate the experience on a cellular level. Women need this space now more than ever. In a world that asks us to push, perform, and provide, Shakti Flow offers permission to soften, receive, and feel again. You will leave feeling grounded, confident, embodied, and more connected to your inner radiance.

Olga Larionova is the founder of Shanti Studio and a feminine embodiment, yoga, and sound healing facilitator with over 10 years of experience. Her work blends guided movement, breathwork, chanting, and therapeutic sound with gong and crystal singing bowls to help women release tension and reconnect with their bodies.

Through years of practicing and leading women’s circles, Olga experienced profound shifts in her own marriage and relationships, inspiring her to create safe, intentional spaces where women can awaken their Divine Feminine, restore confidence, and feel deeply embodied.

The Evolve Academy of Conscious Learning is located inside The Schoolhouse at 720 Magnolia Road, Suite 21, Charleston, SC 29407.

Please park on the Magnolia Road side of The Schoolhouse building and enter through the double doors labeled “Events.” Once inside, turn left and you’ll find Evolve Academy in Suite 21.

As a center for adult personal and professional development, many of our classes take place in the evenings and on weekends. If you happen to arrive late and find the exterior doors locked, simply knock gently on the window to the left of the doors—this is the Evolve classroom window. (Arriving a few minutes early is the smoothest way in.)

Evolve is a serene, cozy space designed with nervous-system comfort in mind. You’ll find calm lighting, soft rugs and cushions, warm herbal tea, and neutral tones—intentionally curated to help you feel safe, grounded, and cared for. All are welcome. We love all of our neurodivergent friends, all of our friends of various genders, sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds, physical challenges, and more. There is a handicap accessible ramp to enter the building. This is a safe space for you.

Many of our classes are taught with our students seated on comfy cushions on the ground. If you need or would like a chair, we are happy to accommodate you.
