Our guest speaker is KCDW member and fabulous human being Debora Mattingly PT, RYT.  Deb will talk to us about ways to take care of ourselves during this stressful time in our state and country.  Deb is a Physical Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher.  She completed her 200- hour yoga training through Integrative Yoga Therapy.  Her specialty trainings include Yoga for the Special Needs Child, Yoga for Teens, Yoga Ed, Adapting Yoga for Disability, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Deb’s passion is introducing yoga to all populations.  She has been leading the free outdoor summer yoga classes on Magic Island for the last 16 years.  Let’s plan to join Deb at the classes that are held every Tuesday in June and July from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. at Magic Island (101 Kanawha Boulevard), weather permitting.  Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes.
