Jungian Dream Circle

Attend a Jungian dream circle to deepen your relationship with your inner world, uncover shadow and hidden strengths, experience the power of shared archetypal themes, integrate emotions safely, strengthen your intuition, and explore your individuation within a psychologically grounded, respectful container.

The Dream Circle is a facilitated group experience rooted in Jungian dreamwork and informed by the methods taught through the Haden Institute. Participants gather around a single dream and explore it together through attentive listening, imagination, and shared reflection. The dream is approached as a living experience, allowing its images, emotions, and movement to unfold within the group. Insight arises through presence, relationship, and embodied awareness held in a respectful circle.

This month’s theme of Introspection supports turning inward and listening to what is quietly shaping our inner life. From a Jungian perspective, dreams offer communication from the unconscious that can deepen self-understanding and reveal emerging inner patterns.

Participants may come with a dream or simply with curiosity, and engage at their own pace in a supportive space for reflection and shared discovery. No experience needed, and no, you don't have to remember all of your dreams. Just bring an open mind and heart.

Facilitator Bio:

Helen Walker is a facilitator of contemplative and experiential practices that support self-awareness, reflection, and inner inquiry. With nearly three decades of professional experience in library science and public service, she brings a deep respect for learning and listening, along with a strong sense of community, into her work. Her background includes meditation, Qigong, Reiki, and long-term personal engagement with her own dreams. Helen’s approach centers on presence, curiosity, and embodied experience, creating spaces that feel held, human, and accessible. She works with dreams and symbolic material as living sources of reflection, inviting participants to listen inward and explore their inner life together.

The Evolve Academy of Conscious Learning is located inside The Schoolhouse at 720 Magnolia Road, Suite 21, Charleston, SC 29407.

Please park on the Magnolia Road side of The Schoolhouse building and enter through the double doors labeled “Events.” Once inside, turn left and you’ll find Evolve Academy in Suite 21.

As a center for adult personal and professional development, many of our classes take place in the evenings and on weekends. If you happen to arrive late and find the exterior doors locked, simply knock gently on the window to the left of the doors—this is the Evolve classroom window. (Arriving a few minutes early is the smoothest way in.)

Evolve is a serene, cozy space designed with nervous-system comfort in mind. You’ll find calm lighting, soft rugs and cushions, warm herbal tea, and neutral tones—intentionally curated to help you feel safe, grounded, and cared for. All are welcome. We love all of our neurodivergent friends, all of our friends of various genders, sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds, physical challenges, and more. There is a handicap accessible ramp to enter the building. This is a safe space for you.

Many of our classes are taught with our students seated on comfy cushions on the ground. If you need or would like a chair, we are happy to accommodate you.
