These tones are an invitation to soothe the nervous system, recalibrate your inner rhythm, and return to your natural state of balance.Mari will offer Holy Fire® Reiki throughout the experience. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing therapy based on the idea that a "universal life force" flows through our bodies. Practitioners lightly place their hands—or hover them—just above specific energy zones to guide this flow, aiming to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and support the body's natural healing process. It is a grounded, embodied practice that supports the nervous system, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
