Caregiver Stress-Busting Dementia Program 💚
Because caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia shouldn’t mean carrying it all alone, we will carry it with you.
If you provide care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, this program is for you. You are not alone and support, tools and community are waiting for you here.
This 9-week, FREE program is designed specifically for family caregivers and focuses on:

✨ Relaxation tools
✨ Healthy coping strategies
✨ Emotional support and connection
✨ Practical skills you can use every day

📅 Classes begin Wednesday, April 8th
⏰ 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
⏳ 90 minutes/week for 9 weeks
👥 Small group format (up to 12 participants)
