Join us for the Shock Walk 5K, a community event with a powerful purpose—raising funds for AED patches and batteries across our community.
AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) save lives during sudden cardiac arrest—but only if they’re ready to work. Pads and batteries must be replaced regularly, even if the AED is never used, and they are costly. Your participation helps ensure AEDs in schools, businesses, and public spaces are properly maintained and ready when every second counts.
❤️ Calling All Cardiac Arrest Survivors ❤️
We would be honored to feature cardiac arrest survivors at this year’s walk.
If you’re able to attend in person, we’d love to recognize you at the event. If you can’t make it, you can still be part of the day by sharing your photo and story. These will be displayed along the route as our “Faces of Cardiac Arrest”—a moving reminder of why AED access and awareness matter so much.
Your story could inspire someone to learn CPR, support AED placement, or take action in a lifesaving moment.
Every step taken helps protect lives in our community. Walk with us and help keep lifesaving equipment ready when it’s needed most.
