Yoga Dance Party

Join us for a new monthly Friday night Yoga Dance Party! This class is a high-energy, feel-good movement experience that blends yoga, dance, and somatics. If you're ready to sweat, de-stress and reconnect with your joy then this class is for you! Set to uplifting music, this class invites you to move your body freely, no pressure, no judgment - just guided movement that helps you shake off the stress of the week and come back home to yourself. We’ll warm up, flow, dance, and cool down with a grounding savasana, so you leave feeling lighter, energized and more alive. All levels welcome - just bring your body, your yoga mat and a willingness to have fun. 💃🏽✨
