Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing by Candlelight

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite complete relaxation. Supported by props, the body is able to fully let go, opening into stillness and ease. Each pose is held for an extended period, allowing tension to melt away and the mind to quiet. During this tranquil experience, Amy Lanese will offer gentle hands-on healing to deepen your sense of peace and promote energetic balance within a safe, comforting space.
