This transformative experience is designed to guide you through a series of yoga practices, mindfulness techniques, journal prompts and energy healing aimed at clearing the mental fog and fostering a deep sense of clarity. You will be led by Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Life Coach and Intuitive Healer Shanna Brown. Through intentional breathwork, asanas, and guided meditation, you will learn to untangle the endless chatter of the mind, allowing space for clarity and your inner truth to emerge. Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional balance, or a clearer perspective on life, this workshop offers a sanctuary for self-discovery and mental rejuvenation.
