Due to the fantastic response and our previous event selling out, we are delighted to be running this evening again.

Join us on Thursday 19th March from 6.00pm to 8.30pm for a relaxed, female only evening focused on open and honest conversations around menopause and peri menopause.

There is parking outside the shop or nearby, and the event will take place in a private, comfortable space in Chard where you can feel at ease sharing experiences and ask questions.

? Teresa Baxter is a local menopause, HRT and herbal educator who shares a wealth of knowledge, from magnesium to patches, with practical and supportive advice you can use every day.

? Zoe Harris from Zoga Yoga will guide you through gentle breathing, movement and balance techniques to help you feel more like you again. Whether you are peri menopausal or post menopausal, no topic is off the table.

? Managing menopause does not have to feel like an uphill struggle. Let like minded experts show you ways to make it easier.
