- **Event Description**: Orthopedic जागरूकता ग्यान  ## नमस्ते सारण, आज मैं आपको fracture tibia and fibula के के बारे मे जानकारी दूंगा।  घुटने के नीचे और  फिलि के ऊपर दो हड्डियां रहती हैं, मोटी हड्डी को tibia और पतली हड्डी को  fibula कह्ते हैं।  यह सड़क दुर्घटना या ऊँचाई से गिरने के कारण टूटती हैं। आज के समय में बच्चे में इसका इलाज  प्लास्टर के द्वारा या TENS  nailing के द्वारा किया जाता है। नौजवान और बूढ़ों में इसका सर्वोत्तम इलाज इलाज ऊपरी और निचली सिरा को छोड़कर सभी fracture में interlocking nailing है। उसमें भी आजकल suprapatellar nailing ज्यादा लोकप्रिय विधि होता जा रहा है। लेकिन यह विधि नवीन तकनीक होने के कारण इसके औजार सेट और नेल और screws  काफी महंगा बेचती हैं। multinational companies  का औजार सेट 30-40 लाख तक आते हैं और nail और screws  30-40 हज़ार के आते हैं। मैंने अपनी नई तकनीक suprapatellar nailing  के लिए इज़ाद किया है जो काफी सस्ता है और सफ़लता दर दोनों विधि का बराबर ही है। इसका खर्च 2-5% अन्य कंपनियां की कीमत तुलना मे होता है। DR THAKUR INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUE OF suprapatellar nailing  दो बार इंटरनेशनल जर्नल में प्रकाशित हो चुका है और तीन बार लगातार Indian orthopedic association के coference में Presentation मैंने किया है। Patent certification के लिए pending है। यह विधि आयुष्मान योजना के लिए उपयुक्त है क्योंकि ऑपरेशन के लिए काफ़ी कम खर्च सरकार द्वारा मिलता है। मुझे गर्व है कि बिहार के  ग्रेड  शहर मे रह कर वह research किया जो स्थापित होने पर हमारे देश के साथ साथ गरीब देश जैसे पाकिस्तान, भूटान, नेपाल और बांग्लादेश के लिए उपयुक्त है जहाँ की सरकार स्वास्थ्य  पर बहुत कम खर्च करती हैं। धन्यवाद इतना बड़ा post  पढ़ने के लिए 🙏🙏🙏🙏
