Meet us for a self-defense class designed as an introduction to jiu jitsu for women of all ages and experience levels. You’ll learn practical skills to protect yourself, including how to keep a safe distance, block strikes and escape from common grabs and pins. Your instructors will be Jake Whitfield and Megan Katsaounis, a husband-and-wife team with decades of experience and a shared passion for helping women discover their strength.

Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring slip-on shoes. Training is interactive and hands-on, so expect to work closely with your partners. For everyone’s safety, remove jewelry beforehand to avoid snags or scratches.
