Trees are wise teachers during the winter as we practice centering and rooting deeply to nourish ourselves through the cold, dark nights.  This event is all about connecting with nature, moving your energy, and feeling grounded through gentle, mindful movement inspired by the trees around us. We will celebrate and connect with trees through meditation and classic Qigong flows such as Shake the Tree, Standing Tree, and more. Qigong is an ancient (and now evidence-based) practice that has been shown to have a postiive impact on physical and mental health.Perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and embrace the still wisdom of Winter. No experience necessary. We will practice indoors but may briefly step outside to practice with the trees if weather allows. Come as you are and let's flow together!
