- **Event Description**: Join us in an ancient practice of qigong, which emphasizes movement, breath, intention and meditation. For thousands of years, the practices have increased health, transformation, and spiritual growth. Working with nature and the seasons, we’ll harmonize the vital energy that flows through everything (Qi). Winter brings the most yin energy, an opportunity for inner alignment, nourishment, and wisdom. As we allow our inner river to flow with these seasonal energies, we connect with water, the element of Winter.

All are welcome, no experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement.

Facilitated by UCP members Dave Gulick and Jessica Starr. 

Dave has been practicing qigong and tai chi for over 40 years.  Since 2009 he has been committed to learning qigong from different masters around the world. He currently has been leading a neighborhood qigong group since covid 19. 

Jessica is a somatic psychotherapistan and Associate Yoqi Insructor who teaches sacred somatics and yin forms of healing. She is grateful to the wisdom lineages and teachers who have supported her own healing and transformation. Her intention is to be a vessel for that same healing energy to benefit all beings.

Love offering of $5-$20 per session. Register for one session at a time or all 7 sessions at once. Love offering via cash, check or Venmo in person at the beginning of class is also accepted.
