- **Event Description**: Join our Summer Qigong community to align with nature’s seasonal wisdom. This season we align with the element of fire and work with the emotional vitality of the heart and the digestive fire of the small intestines. Summer is peak Yang energy so we will practice flows that allow us to work with this dynamic energy in a balanced way.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the heart is considered the "emperor of all emotions” and governs all organs. When our fire is balanced, we experience emotional openness and stability as well as physical vitality with strong circulation and healthy digestion. Especially in 2026, the Year of the Fire House (double fire/yang), we will benefit from the warm glow of balanced fire. We hope to see you there!
