Join us: Introduction to Somatic Equine Facilitated Learning. 

A small-group learning opportunity where you’ll explore somatic experiences alongside horses for embodiment, connection, and the foundations of equine-facilitated learning in partnership with horses.

Explore what horses can teach us about presence, boundaries, regulation, communication, and authentic connection in this work. 

Whether you’re:
• Curious about personal growth and self-discovery
• Interested in somatic and nervous system-informed practices
• Exploring a future in equine-facilitated work
• A professional looking for experiential tools
• Or simply drawn to horses and wanting a deeper experience

You’ll gain real skills by doing. 

Have you ever noticed how much you hold in your body? The subtle tension in your shoulders, the shallow pattern of your breath, or the constant buzz of a nervous system that is always on?

True somatic awareness isn't about logical understanding—it’s about felt experience. And there are no greater teachers for this than horses.

Each session offers hands-on experiences, reflection, discussion, and practical tools and insights you can apply in your own life, relationships, or professional work.

Space is Limited to 2–8 participants per session

Time: 
Mondays 4:30pm to 6:30pm
