Isha Hatha Yoga for Children offers an introduction to Yoga through simple life-transforming practices. 
These include:
     *Upa Yoga: Activates the joints, muscles and energy system
      *AUMkar Meditation: Enhances focus, memory and mind-body 
                                         coordination
      *Nadi Shuddhi: Balances and purifies the system
The practices are an effective preventative for obesity, asthma, sinusitis and other chronic ailments. The program is designed by Sadhguru and conducted by a Hatha Yoga teacher trained by Sadhguru.

Prerequisites: 
Open to Children ages 7-13 , no prior knowledge of yoga is required.

Program Fee: USD 125

Friday, August 1st, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Saturday, August 2nd, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Sunday, August 3rd, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
