We’ll enjoy yoga twice a day by the sea, stay at a luxury hotel, indulge in spa treatments, take boat trips along the coast and relax by the pool. The stunning beaches of Falasarna and Elafonisi are perfect for a day trip, as are several charming towns and hiking trails. We'll show you around! 

And the weather in October is fantastic – warm and sunny for plenty of beach time and swims.

We’ll go into Chania town several evenings for a stroll and wonderful meals - we know the best restaurants. We don’t get up super early for yoga, we take life quite easy, pamper ourselves with massages and facials, and treat ourselves to a real break. 

We’ll practice a Vinyasa flow class in the mornings and a Yin class in the evenings, Alice Trow our yoga teacher will modify the classes for all levels so everyone can go at their own pace.
