TRCC Women's Self-Defense Class

Message from our Instructor - Kelly Lejman

I have a deep passion for empowering people, especially women, to be strong, confident, and safe. Because of this, I have partnered with many companies throughout the tristate community to design women's self defense seminars for the last 15 years and now Lawman Tactical is where it's at!

I have traveled all over this great country, training to expand my knowledge at every opportunity. I have been fortunate enough to train under some of the pioneers and founders of some of the most highly effective and in-demand self-defense systems today. My first love has always been Krav Maga and I've trained with the best instructors in the country (and out of the country). I received my blackbelt through United States Krav Maga Association (USKMA) in 2023 and am continuing my training towards second degree blackbelt. When I'm not training, you'll find me rock climbing, competing in Spartan Races, or traveling the country to watch my teenage daughters play volleyball.

During our time today, we will explore different strategies and solutions. I will help to empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to overcome any hurdles that come your way. Together, we will work towards enhancing your problem-solving abilities and equipping you with the tools to handle difficult situations with confidence and resilience.
