Did you answer yes to any of these questions? If so you are not alone. One in four women are dealing with some sort of urinary incontinence (UI) issue. There are a range of options if you are dealing with UI. The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that help control our bladder and PT Kim Bryant will talk about specific exercises and treatments to help restore the floor to working like it should. Join us saturday, January 26the from 10am-10:30am.
